Cion was the foundation of Barkarian Kennels. She can be seen in most of our pedigrees. Her sweet temperament & out going attitude  lives on in her progeny. She was specialed on a very limited basis & she retired in March of ‘94 as the #9 Siberian Bitch in the Nation. (SQ System II). There will not be a day that we don't think of her.

Sierra's Barkarian Busy Body ~Busy~

Busy truly was an amazing character.  She definitely lived up to her name.  Busy girl was always on the go whether it was out for a run or off to shows. Loved & remembered in the heart of her owner, Jeanne Stiner.

Cherish was litter sister to Jade. Together they accumulated 40 All Breed Best Brace in Show and 6 Specialty BBIS. She was a tireless & patient nanny with a wonderful nature about her. We see her endearing traits as we look at her get. Despite two surgeries, Cherish was lost to cancer that metastasized into her lungs. She is greatly missed by us & her co-owners Tim & Amanda Gibney.

Int'l Ch. Kyrie Barkarian Fox Fetish  ~Fox~

November 9, 1999 - February 20, 2005

Fox was taken from us much to soon. Her death was sudden and tragic. Shock & devastation is what we felt.   We were not alone in our sorrow as Fox touched many lives. She had air of independence & possessed true determination. All topped off with an oh-so-sweet spirit. Forever in our thoughts, Fox in Sox.

Honoring the Past

The loss of these dogs made the world suddenly seem a whole lot emptier to us all. We want not to mourn their passing but, rather to celebrate their lives and the joy each one of them has brought to us.
